The Institution introduced an innovative process called Integrated Mentoring system through counseling book. The aim is to initiate the students to the academic environment, guide, motivate and train all students achieve their goals. This program enables each student to become proactive in defining their own goals and bring out inherent talent. The mentor monitors the updating of the academic and attendance details and any other information regarding activities, in the mentoring books in every respective month. Each Mentor will provide timely counseling and advice to the student mentee in all academics aspects. They will communicate the issues with the Head of the Department for corrective measures if any.
